Returns and Exchanges

Condition of Items

Items must be in new and unworn condition, unless they are faulty.

Proof of Purchase

Include your receipt as proof of purchase.

Non-Acceptable Returns

Items that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

For an item to be eligible for exchange or return, it must be sent back to Uniform Universe with proof of purchase, in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with original packaging and tags still intact).

Return and Exchange Timeframe

Returns and exchanges, unless the item is faulty, must be received by us within thirty (30) days from the dispatch date. If the return occurs after 30 days but within 3 months of the dispatch date, a store credit equal to the original purchase value will be issued. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 3 months from the dispatch date.

Refund will be processed within 15 days of us receiving the product back within the mentioned timeframe.

Shipping

Orders placed will be sent out within 48 hours (except on weekends and public holidays). Orders should be delivered within 10 business days.

Change of Mind Returns or Exchanges

You are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If we ship a faulty or incorrect item, we will refund the cost of the return shipping.
