Ethical Process

For an item to be eligible for exchange or return, it must be sent back to Uniform Universe with proof of purchase, in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with original packaging and tags still intact). Returns and exchanges, unless the item is faulty, must be received by us within thirty (30) days from the dispatch date. If the return occurs after 30 days but within 3 months of the dispatch date, a store credit equal to the original purchase value will be issued. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 3 months from the dispatch date.
